I bought this item as open box-excellent condition. Luckily I opened the box at best buy itself and found the charger was missing. This is the second time it happened to me, 2 years back I ordered and ipad pro from bestbuy online that said it's excellent condition, even that had charger missing. How can a product be in excellent condition when some of the accessories are missing. If you try to return they want to charge you 50$ restocking fee. If you charged the previous person 50$ to restock the item, how come you don't verify and correctly mark in the box what's missing and set a fair price accordingly. I didn't expect quality control so bad from a company like best buy.

The watch screen automatically flashes for no reason, happened twice since the day of purchase, at first I thought it was because the battery was dead but no, even when the battery is full it still flashes automatically like that

I purchased my Apple Watch from Best Buy and I’ve been extremely happy with it. It’s easy to use, tracks my activity and heart rate accurately, and keeps me motivated to stay active. I love how convenient it is to receive calls, texts, and notifications without always checking my phone. The design is sleek, comfortable, and perfect for everyday wear. Definitely a great purchase and worth it, highly recommend getting it from Best Buy.

Traded in my series 7 watch as the battery life was suffering but it still worked great. Treated myself to the ultra. My helper at the store was Lindsay and she took care of the entire transaction. Excellent service by her at the Taylor, Michigan store
