I love the watch and its integration with other apple products. The only downfall is the battery life. Im not even getting 24hrs.

My question is has anyone that is active with a Trail Loop band have it Fade? I have a 6 month old iWatch Ultra with a Blk/Gry Trail Loop band that has faded. My band is now Brown and Gray. I contacted Apple Care by phone who refered me to Best Buy were I purchased it and advised they should replace it without issue. After waiting over an hour while the Best Buy Tech chatted online with Apple Customer Service they advised Apple will not honor my warranty on my band because they said it is cosmetic. I paid $900 with tax for this watch............ I am an active adult and wear my watch pretty much everywhere. I wear it to the gym, beach and when I swim in my pool. Apple advertises that you can swim with the Ultra iWatch. Nowhere in the booklet that came with my watch, nor their own advertisement does it say avoid swimming with it in the Pool and or the Ocean! Apple's own advertisement states for all workouts (Extremely Misleading). I should have just saved a whole bunch of money and purchase the iWatch 8 for more then half the price. I went to my local Apple store hoping to get some resolution. The manager there offered me a 10% discount ($10 Wow)on a new $100 rubber Ocean watch band. This was an insult. Unfortunately I can not wear a rubber watch bands due to having an allergic reaction on my wrist. I am curious if anyone else that works out and swims with the iWatch Ultra had this issue with their Trail Loop band. I used to be a loyal Apple customer until now and really feel slighted by this issue. Is it me or has Customer Service fallen by the waist side. Apple may have lost a Loyal customer (3 Iphones, 2 Ipads, 2 Macbook Pros & Airpod Pros) over a $99 watch band that probably only costs them $20 if that. So Buyer Beware, Do not purchase the Trail Loop Band if you intend to swim with it! Unless of course you don't mind a faded watch band.

This is the first Apple Watch that I’ve actually enjoyed owning. It’s large easy to use and looks good on the rest titanium so it’s light awesome product I nicknamed Megatron because all the other Apple Watch looks so tiny.

I used to own the series 7 45mm and that was a great watch, however, I realized it was too small so I traded it in to buy the Ultra and it felt like a perfect fit!

Definitely the best Apple Watch ever. Battery works great, love the multiple hard buttons. Wish there was another color option though. Had to get an aftermarket watch band to make it look more rugged.

Definitely an improvement over previous Apple Watches. It’s big, but not uncomfortable to wear. I’ll probably switch to another band, for durability and cleanliness, but the band is comfortable. The body temp function has yet to work, and is slaved to other settings. This is a big flaw in the feature. It needs to be more independent. Apple support was unusually unhelpful with this. Battery life is amazing, I’m charging about three time a week. Craftsmanship is classic Apple and looks amazing.
