Bright and light

I am in my late 80’s and this is just the size watch I need. I am not going diving or mountain climbing but it has many safety features for any age to use. It looks big because we are all used to seeing smaller watch cases. It is not heavy or bulky on my arm. Th e display is bright and easy to read.

That sharp edge around the display!

The main issue that I don't like is that sharp edge around the display. While not sharp enough to cut you, it's still bothersome. Another is I wish it had a GPS application like the Garmin's do w/o the need for a cell phone and a link to a Tower. It's got a good large display now, though it most likely will need more memory, which hasn't changed from the other Apple Watches. I ended up returning it, hoping for an improved model next year.

Great Watch! Poor Compass

Great for use in water, on the trail, and in the field. The one setback is that Apple continues to have inaccuracy with their compass. It almost appears that there is too much current running in the watch thus causing the compass to a good 15 deg off from where magnetic north really is. Hopefully they get some GIS folks and Geoscientists on their team to rectify this issue for all products using a compass for wayfinding.
