My son loves this apple watch. Amazing features and easy to use.

The watch was said to be made of premium build quality and it feels just how it should. The battery life is awesome and is a definite upgrade from what you was remembered from my previous Apple Watch 7. One feature that caught me by surprise was how fast the battery charges. So not only do you get longer wear time but the down time is greatly diminished.

Great tough watch. I have had 3 other Apple watches and they would all break. Still no issues with this one and I never take it off. Battery life is superb as well.

The absolute best watch on the market. Size and durability is a huge improvement, the battery life lasts much longer than a day making this an Apple Watch that you can truly listen to music with, exercise, and wear casually for over a day without worry

This watch face is the perfect size for a person with a larger frame. Usability in the Apple ecosystem is seamless. Best Buy’s service in helping me pick out this over the other options was simple. 5 star.

8 generations in, this updated hardware is a larger refresh in the Apple Watch world, but by no means brings anything too different or new for seasoned Apple Watch users. Rather, this is a more polished version of what you know and already love - just with a larger battery, bigger screen, beefier case, and more finer touches that just make it an all around decent watch. As a daily runner who’s currently preparing for my next marathon, is it going to replace my Garmin Epix2 w/ running dynamics pod and Polar H10? No - until Apple steps up their running dynamics and training recovery features (to their credit, the former of which is slowly starting to happen), I can’t recommend this for athletes who are actively training. I also really wish they’d introduced a darker finish as well - the natural titanium with bright orange action button certainly makes the unit stand out a lot more. Also, while the battery life is certainly better than any other AW I’ve ever used and can last me 1.5-1.75 days per charge, it still goes nowhere close to the 15 days I get on my Epix2 (w/ all satellites mode). At the same time, it also does a lot more (and has an actually useable flashlight - c’mon Garmin), so it’s a matter of what you value most, at the end of the day. Red light mode for night use is just the typical Apple polishing touches that we have all come to know and love. Compared to the 799$ I spent back in the day on the SBSS AWS4, this is a very good value for the $ if you’re in the market for an Apple Watch, but again, it’s hard to recommend this at the moment for endurance athletes. I’m sure Apple will get there with the software; perhaps just 1-2 more generations and they’ll nail it.

I love this watch. I recently switched from a Garmin Fenix, and I am not disappointed. I have used in the same applications as my previous watch, and it keeps up! There are some unfair comparisons to the Garmin Fenix, but I feel they are unwarranted as this is a completely different watch.

Bigger, beefier. Battery lasts about 2 days, looks better. Nice upgrade.

Solid construction, quality materials. The additional programmable button is useful, and can be set up to drop waypoints. The display is bright, and has watch faces that are available for the ultra that pack a lot of data. You can get 2 days between charges with some active management.
