I feel safe knowing I won't have to pay full price for a new iPad if my rough little toddler goes crazy on the hardware. Two years and I get great support if there are any issues.

I haven't used Apple Care yet for my iPad. I have read what it covers if anything does happen it will cost less. I only got coverage because my daughter tends to drop things.

Have been able to call for assistance several time with issues and every time provided with professional, courteous, and very pleasant help. Problem fixed every time.

Highly recommend anyone who uses their device more than once a week to get this since it pretty much gives you a freebie regardless of what happens to your device ! Awesome !

We had some questions about making a transfer of pictures to our computer from our ipad.They were very helpful and stayed on the phone as long as needed to solve our problem.

AppleCare+ is always a good idea with Apple products being expensive and they provide good support and options for repair.

I only got this because they cover the accessories also, which is a plus. Usually the charging USB wires break first and since he is a 9yr old wanna the extra protection...

my kids love ipads, they also aren't the best at not dropping them . . . . apple care + keeps everyone happy

For the money its worth it completely. I am having an Apple iPad Air 2 repaired right now with an out of warranty charging port problem. That's gonna cost me $150.00.

I have absolute confidence in the Apple technical support staff. They are very responsive whether by phone or walk-in. I always add Applecare when I buy an Apple product.

Unfortunately, I cracked my iPad within a couple days of purchase.....I was under the impression that Apple would simply hand over a replacement if the screen broke.....I tried this (two consecutive days) while trying to leave for work 3 states away from home..... The Apple Store admitted they had dozens of the same model, color, & storage capacity in stock....Unfortunately they refused to replace the iPad while I was standing there in the store because they were "designated for sale" with no apparent purchase reservations....very disappointing after buying the iPad Pro (256GB Space Gray), Smart Keyboard, & Apple Care all at the same time ($1,200+ after a special)

Got this for piece of mind for the iPad I got for my niece. If you are going to spend hundreds of dollars on something that can break easily, then you need to be covered.

I feel that if you purchase an Apple product that you should invest a little more to cover it if something happens to it. Cheaper than starting all over buying a new one.

No worries because I’m covered. I don’t have to worry about anything happening because AppleCare is there.

Apple Care for iPads is a no brainer. You device is protected with broken screen replacement from Apple itself.

I love having apple care. I had an iPad die a month after the warranty and couldn't get any help with repair. This will save me the worry and cost if there is a problem!!

Great plan, I’ve had the tablet fixed once already. My daughter has played her tablet and uses it daily.

I like the Apple plan because you can have the iPad checked whenever you choose. It’s also no charge for checking it or getting help.

I have apple care on all my products...Who wants to buy a new screen when you drop your brand new iPad Pro? Don't need to with Apple Care they will replace the whole thing!
