I have called apple care when I can't figure out how to do something on my iPad. They are very knowledgeable and helpful on your Apple equipment. They can always get it working again if you have a problem.

If are an accident prone person then I recommend getting the coverage. Otherwise it probably is a waste. Device insurance is a profit center for companies for a reason.

It never hurts to buy the Apple Care. Never had problems with any of our Apple products but it could never hurt to have the extra protection just in case.

I bought the Apple care but never had to use it as my I Pad never gave me any problems. I should have saved the money but you never know if you’re going to need it

I have used Applecare on all of my Apple devices and it is worth the investment. I have not had manufacturing defects but it is great if you damage a product. Working thru Best Buy is also a no hastle process.

I really like that Apple is going to take care of any problems with my I pad. I have never invested so much on such new technology and I was worried about viruses etc. Now I can sleep at night.

Since this is coverage for a gift for an 11 year old, you can't beat the price. While I hope we don't need it, it is necessary to have and the best price

I had apple care on my iPad Air 2 and it was well worth it’s weight in gold. My battery exploded and I took it to Apple ad they gave me a new iPad for free. For the price it is worth every penny.
