This is the first time I have had an AppleCare plan and after the issues I have had previously with some Apple products, I couldn't go wrong. I was able to buy the plan right at the register and it was active on my new iPad right away.

We didn't buy the care package the day we bought the IPad. The next day we returned to the store with some questions and at that time decided it was a good idea to purchase Apple care. We already called Apple care and they helped us with a set up question. It is worth the money to have peace of mind.

I usually don't buy into the whole "service protection plan" scam that most business offer on their products, but I did purchase this when I got my wife a new iPad mini. Hopefully she won't ever have to use the plan, but at least we can rest easy knowing that we have it in the event an accident ever did occur.

I never buy an electronic without protection. Good value for the money, however, I would prefer not to have a deductible to use it.

This is pretty much a good warranty to have because if anything happens you can come back and they'll either replace the screen if it's cracked or the whole iPad depending on the situation instead of having to buy a whole new one once the 1 year warranty runs out which doesn't cover all damages

Picked up the iPad and we just had to get the AppleCare+ package. You just never know when anything will happen and we travel a lot so it's nice to know we are covered. One call does it all and we can be fixed in a jiffy.

I'm so glad I have an iPad mini. It's so much better than the android mini I started out with. The Kindle, New Yorker, and New York Times software for iPad is much better than their versions for android, and the battery lasts much longer.I'm so glad that Best Buy offers a price that is within my budget.

These things are way too expensive to trust myself not to drop them in a puddle or mistake one for a frisbee. Just save yourself the heartache and get the AppleCare+. It's always been good to me and even on the rare device where I don't need to use it, the peace of mind is huge.

I have been purchasing AppleCare for all of my Apple devices since the iPhone 4. It's a very small price to pay considering the cost of replacing these devices without it. And with the change to AppleCare+ the addition of accidental damage coverage after a small deductible makes it even better.

Apple Products can be dropped easily. One slip and then you have a broken screen. The cost of repairing these items can be unbelievably expensive. This is why I purchased the AppleCare + insurance for my new iPad Pro.

Anytime you buy electronics, you should be buying the insurance to protect it. Best Buy and Apple is good about fixing your product or replacing it if need be. Pay the little extra money and get the added coverage because you never know when you might need it.

I truly didnt want to spend extra money after I purchased a $359 plus dollar ipad. But this plan issues offers replacement or fixing for any accidental drops etc. And my 11 yr old is one of the clumbsiest kids on earth.

I have this on my iPad and MacBook. Since both are portable and subject to bangs and knocks I wanted to cover them. This helps with technical issues for support as well as accidental breakage. Both of these items cost too much to not have a little protection for just in case.

I bought this with the iPad we got for our 11 year old granddaughter. Children aren't always the most careful with their belongings and I like the idea of having a back up in case something should happen to it. You want something to last awhile when you spend so much money on an item.

Although I have not had a reason to use the AppleCare for the iPad mini 4, I have used it for previous Apple products and it was well worth the investment. It was convenient to call or stop by an Apple store and get help. All customer service representatives were in the US.

Great protection to have! You can call them up. You can download the APP and work with them from the phone. You can rest assured that you will get support with your Apple products. Great investment for your Apple protection.

I can't live without Apple Care. It offers peace of mind like no other. I know there are other insurances out there, but the claim process can be such a hassle. With Apple everything is always so smooth and seamless.

Lesson learned on my Ipad Air 2, fell 3 months after purchase and screen cracked. I was too cheap to pay $99 at the time. Would have cost $300 for Apple to replace device (they do not repair screen.). Broke down and bought an Ipad Pro with the Apple Care+. Worth the peace of mind.
