The first 4 months of owning Apple care my kids cracked my screen, I reported it and paid $50 to get it replaced. I shipped it and got it back within a month or so fixed and in eyelet condition!

For the price of the iPad Pro, a well worth addition. Hopefully we won't need to use it.

I haven't had to use it yet but im very glad to have purchased it just in case.

I know that I'm covered with the protection plan, it's worth it. Accidents happen

This iPad is the very best I have owned. It is wifi + cellular but you can connect to your hotspot from your iPhone and not have to pay for a data plan. I’ve owned this iPad for over 2 years and it’s still like new. Best Buy is great to work with.

I play a dulcimer and our music for the club I have loaded to UNREALBOOK. Whenever I needed to make notes on a tabbed music page, I had to use my finger - it was messy to say the least. Now I can use my Apple Pencil on my IPAD Pro and it is like writing with a real pencil on paper - it is wonderful!

This plan works. My son dropped his iPad and it stopped working. This plan replaced the device and got him back in action. Highly recommend.

Have gotten good use out of this iPad. Wife uses it all the time for email and games.

First IPad and must admit it is great. Love the hassle free ability to use and the ease of use. Took a little getting used to but absolutely love it. Wondering why I never went Apple before. Great help in store choosing and explaining its uses.

I bought this for my wife for a baby shower gift and she loves it! She can sync it with her iPhone and still text and FaceTime with it. We also use it as a learning tool with kids apps. And the 64GB is plenty of space.

Got this to protect my iPad pro. For such an expensive purchase, the apple care was a no brainer. Purchasing at best buy was seamless, and they automatically attached the warranty to my product.
