Bought the protection plan for my new iPad because I will be using it for business and carrying it with me a great deal. I wanted to be better safe than sorry. If I was just going to use it at home, I don’t think I would have purchased the protection plan.

protection for your apple products is a must especially that it covers a big portion of hardware repair from owner damage.

I've had no problems with my iPad so far but I have the piece of mind to know I'm covered for the 2 year period!

apple care is a good value for the two year plan. I have used it on a iphone once and it was a full replacement.

I got the IPAD for a grandchild to use. His mother put a bag in the car and it hit the screen and cracked it in many places.

I have had to use my warranty once already. I took my device into the Apple Store and everything was taken care of. I would recommend getting the Apple Care Warranty.

Always purchase AppleCare with Apple products. If you ever have to use it they usually replace it with a newer model

Have not had to use my AppleCare and maybe never will be it gives me peace of mind knowing I’ve got coverage if I do!

Apple Care saved me from having to buy a new 12 in iPad. They replaced it twice - they were refurbished but still work great!

Haven't needed to use it, but glad to have the peace of mind if I need it! No worries about sharing with my 7 year old.

This is a must have when you buy Apple products very easy to redeem when something goes wrong no hassle love it

In my opinion, I would never miss getting Apple care for a new device. They are great to work with. I have always had a good outcome anytime they were needed.

As always purchase the AppleCare+ for all new products. Past experiences with the program have been easy and prompt.

I’ve been buying Apple products for 10 years and would always recommend Apple care. This extended warranty has come through multiple times for me in the past.

What can I say about AppleCare? I can't comment on it because Apple products are so awesome that I have never had to use it! However I like the peace of mind! :)

I would not have gone without it. Purchasing an i pad pro is an investment and the Apple care will replace my unit if anything happens to it within the 2 year period!!

Alway get the AppleCare+ I don’t care if you don’t have kids. In 23 months after purchase, something is going to break.

Had to use it since glass broke and the fix is quick and easy. Glad purchased protection.

I just Love it!!!! If bestbuy can’t take care of the situation. They will send it to the Apple store
