Applecare is the best. They cover their product with excellent coverage. Service is easy to. get and while is outside of Best Buys purview I am not sorry that I am covered. I appreciate the excellent service and coverage for my new MacAir.

I usually don't sign up for protection plans, but this one was a great deal that I couldn't pass up. They offer a lot of coverage for the buck. If you happen to be looking for an apple MacBook than you should really consider the protection plan.

I have had quite a lot of Apple gear starting in 1993. I have always purchased an extended warranty on anything over $250. This was a gift that came with extras from BB such as Apple Music and Apple New trials.

I think this well worth the buy. I know that they will take good care of me if anything were to happen to my computer. I have no problem playing it safe when I spent the money to buy something nice that is meant to last many years.

The people at Apple are very pleasant to talk to and they do everything they can to make sure you’re happy. I’ve rarely had to use it. But when I have, it definitely gave me confidence in buying an Apple product!

Haven't had to use this yet, but when you purchase a laptop over a $1,000, it is imperative that you splurge for a couple more hundred dollars and by the 3 year plan in case anything goes wrong! This even covers water damage!!!! It's a no-brainer for me! :)

I like Apple products very much and have a lot of them....they ALL have used the apple care. Always something that Apple claims they never heard of failing. Just accept this as part of the cost and get it. Or be sorry after. This just reduces the stress.

Apple Care is a must when it comes to buying a new laptop. My last MacBook air was a 2015 that I passed down to my little brother for when he goes to college. And I've lost count of how many times Ive accidentally spilled or dropped it.

It’s a great lap top and it does everything I need it to do. I also like that it syncs with my iPhone.

Hopefully wont have to use this lol but the salesmen at bestbuy convinced me to get it when he said if my charger breaks and i get a new one that is half the value of the apple care. Rather have it and not use it than not have it and need it, right?

hmmm... not sure why I still have a review to write here as I no longer have this device and refunded the service agreement but hey whatever! I love the tech support and customer care best buy has to offer - thats why I always buy there!

A MacBook is quite expensive, so getting the AppleCare+ 3-year plan is a good idea in my opinion. Although there are limitations, the amount of things that are covered in this plan is good enough in the situation that you use for more than 1 of those benefits. Otherwise, if you are going to not use more than 1 of the benefits offered, it's better to just get it seperately. Then again, the future is unpredictable and it's better to be safe than sorry.

It’s apple care I don’t know what I should say about it other than it works. We all know apple care only works when they want it to work (meaning apple) but yeah I’ve always had it for my purchases before so I got it again.

Always buy warranty, you’ll need it. Things happen.

I love the style of MacBooks. The are simple to use and have premium sound and screen resolution.

Love how it loads fast and the MacBook just turns on when you open it up. Sad that you have to purchase additional adapters to use other accessories such as a mouse, printer, etc.

We have not had a reason to use AppleCare yet, but wanted the protection plan just in case. I wish Apple still allowed their products to fall under the Best Buy protection plans... had used that in the past with Apple products and it worked great. Apple forced BB to stop several years ago and now AppleCare is the only option. If we had to use, it will be less convenient since it has to be shipped off... I also think there is a $50 fee when you use... I wish Apple would reconsider and allow their products to fall under the Best Buy protection plans again.

I have probably bought 8 apple products over the years. The AppleCare option has always been purchased. I have never had to use it but it pennies on the dollar to have the best product protection and tech services should you need it. '

It's always good to get warranty for electric items. This will come in handy and it's durable.

AppleCare is the safety net that anyone needs. We are investing a lot of money on the product, insurance is a given. I have purchased AppleCare on all my products and the customer experience that comes with it, is spectacular.
