Apple care if a must have on all Apple products. 3rd party insurance companies charge more than Apple Care and not nearly as helpful in resolving issues. I now have Apple Care on my phone, watch and computer.

I am not one to buy extended warranties but when you buy a Mac computer this Apple care is worth the price you pay for peace of mind. Plus you can take it to geek squad for service not just a Apple store.

Haven’t used it yet so hopefully if I need it. It will be of good use

3 year applecare plan is a great deal with an expensive laptop. It's better than paying yearly so there's 3 years to not worry about possibly damaging mydevice and no way to fix it

I recommend anyone buying an Apple computer or IPad product to purchasing this 3-year plan. It covers the essential and it is well worth having for peace of mind. I also think it is reasonably priced.

This is a no brained for our son heading off to college. I wish it was a free replacement program but I have no doubt will recoup or money. It’s worth the piece of mind at least.

Can't Beat the customer service at all Apple Stores. I would rather have Apple deal with their product than anyone else. No game playing, they will replace or make it as good as new. Its worth the peace of mind, for any of their products.

I haven’t had to use the Apple care yet on our new computer. But I did have to use it in college and it was totally worth it. I have always been beyond happy with the assistance I get from Apple customer service and technical support.

This is a great offer, especially for the coverage that it offers for he Mac. Would highly recommend to have a safe guard seeing the overall price to have it versus purchasing another Mac.

This is a must if you like to have support for how things work and to be able to talk to a person. I have called for a variety of reasons and they are always available to help, they stay with you til it’s resolved and email helpful hints!

I wouldn’t buy any expensive electronic such as this without a protection plan. In the past I have skipped the protection offer and regretted it. Luckily I haven’t needed it yet this time!!

If I am buying a $1000+ computer, it's worth the extra cost to know that I have additional coverage for the first three years I have it. Apple is a great company, and with WFH, it's essential.

When purchasing something that is not user servicable such as a macbook air, it only makes sense to pick up the warranty. The fact that it was on sale for $50 off made it that much better.

Definitely if you purchase anything Mac get the extended warranty they will take care of all of your needs for 3 years I am happy I got this so I don't have to worry about anything in the near future.

have had to use it yet but it is very self explanatory. Mess something up and use apple care. the email come right after the purchase so you can activate it

Applecare is the best investment for macs. You're spending so much money on the computer itself, its totally worth it to have the peace of mind that if something happens its covered. Also includes great phone and in store support.

It's great to be able to get the Apple care directly through Best Buy I love shopping a Best Buy everyone is always helpful and very knowledgeable I will continue Make for my purchases here

We bought this for my husband, and he loves it. We had and old one that we replaced. My husband loves the touch screen so he doesn't need a mouse. Great computer

Giving it a 5 star rating based on the quality of the computer. Hopefully we will not have to use it, but if we do, I believe it will be as good as the product it is covering.

AppleCare gives me the freedom to use my computer and take it anywhere on campus. As an incoming freshman I know I’ll have a lot on my mind and hopefully I will not damage my computer but if I do I know that it is covered.
