Perfect 'mobile' replacement for my iMac Desktop. The MacBook Air is lightweight, easy to use, and was reasonably priced. I like the Touch Bar but really wish Apple would add a "Touch Screen" feature to the MacBook. Using iCloud for storage made for a smooth transition from one machine to the other and setup was smooth as well.

I bought the Apple Care+ for my granddaughters Apple Mac Air because my daughter bought a Apple Mac Air a few months befor the Apple Care+ was offered and she had to pay $497.50 for a new screen that was broke because of being dropped.

The apple laptop us wag too expensive for an elementary student, but you know they’re gonna use it until college, so it’s really worth the investment.

This device is working but I need it updated. I have a general feeling about this device it’s great to have and I would recommend this to everyone.

My son loves his computer. Easy to maneuver and excellent price. He is a freshman in college and does not leave the house without it. He is very satisfied with selection.

I love my Mac computer. It runs great and the mouse is very responsive. It’s a little confusing to navigate at first, but becomes easy as you own it. I highly suggest buying it.

AppleCare is the industry leader in tech support. It is almost as important as the device itself! Never buy an Apple device without it. You won’t be sorry!

I have always gotten AppleCare+ on my iPhones and iPads mainly because of the accidental breakage policy. I have had to use that many times, especially with my kids iPhones. Once they added that feature to AppleCare+ for the MacBook, it was a no brainer to get it. Hopefully I never have to use it, but if I drop my MacBook Air and it breaks, I am going to be very happy I have this to help reduce the cost of repair / replacement. It is the same as buying car insurance, you hope you never have to use it, but when you do you are glad your out of pocket expenses are minimal compared to what they could be if you didn't have it.

Suggest everyone purchases protection on their device. Never feels like it’s worth it in the beginning until you have a spill, drip or or it’s stolen.

Great quality Laptop for both work and school. Has been compatible with all of my technology that I use at home. And it's light, which I appreciate for when I travel.

apple care is the best investment to protect your product apple never gives you any hassle on repairing your product as long as covered

Purchased for freshman college student and they thoroughly enjoy. Also owns airpods, ipad, and has iphone. Also purchased airpods from bestbuy as well and work well.

The computer itself is great. The fact that I had to take it to an apple store to get it fixed because Best Buy throws its stuff around in a warehouse is not so great. Recommend getting AppleCare. Even apple said this happens because of the warehouse damage... Great product but please be more next time Best Buy.

My niece loves her new laptop. She’s been snap-facing, and insta-booking all day! She loves sending messages they the inter web (whatever that is).

This new Mac with the M1 chip is great, I love how long the battery holds before having to charge. It’s fast. No issues so far. I highly recommend it.

This helps protect my new laptop and will give me piece of mind for the next few years. With nothing being user serviceable these days I like to add AppleCare.

Great laptop but not a lot of storage. Unfortunately started gaming and cannot download large files or have lots of photos on here.

If you buy a MacBook, buy the Apple care to go with it. Because Apple computers are expensive and if something wrong happens Apple care will most likely pay for it. Broken screen, and broken charger paid for.

If you ever have a repair or tech service need beyond year two of owning a MacBook, and you haven’t purchased AppleCare, you will regret your decision to buy your MacBook. GeekSquad does not cut it. This is an absolute must for anyone investing in a high quality (and high-priced!) piece of tech such as a MacBook.
