    the design is awesome but the ease of use is difficult coming from a laptop.Mac has totally different commands and I have had to watch videos in order to use my mac book and the camera quality is horrible.face time video is horribble

    This is one of those purchases, much like car insurance, you can't tell if it's good until you need it. Haven't had to use it yet and hope it won't be needed. But it's there if something does happen to the the MacBook Air.
