I bought Macbook for my son's bday. When we gave it to him, he decided he wanted apple-care. He only had it for one day, when he tried to add the apple care, we had to go the store even though we bout it online.

I wish Apple would have at least a 4 to 5 year warranty. Some of these things only seem to stop working right when your plan is up. lol

Apple produce 3 year plan has been good only nonetheless customer service had to exchange computer adapter 3 times because of incorrect product replacement

I bought this just in case something goes wrong with my MacBook. I probably won't ever need to use it, but I figure it is better to have it and not need it, than to need it than not have it.

The representatives at the Apple stores are very knowledgeable, so we thought this would be a good investment in case we needed technical help. The one time we did call for help, the representative on the phone was essentially useless, constantly putting us on hold to research our question. He never did resolve it. We ended up using Google to answer our question instead.

I guess due to the pandemic things are really booming at AppleCare+. I waited for 50 minutes then got disconnected. Would recommend this service, although it tough during a pandemic!

I have not had to use apple care for my sons MacBook but it is a good feeling knowing if he has trouble with it they are just a phone call away. I have it on our cell phones as well.

The only thing I do not like about AppleCare is that it’s super expensive after you’ve already purchased an item and the price is outrageous when a lot of times people don’t even end up using it and it does not cover if it’s lost or stolen. Luckily I haven’t had the necessity to use this but i feel more confident having it to protect my purchase

I've called twice for technical issues and was put on hold, hung up on and finally told "my question was not covered under Apple Care" I still do not know what is covered. When I had my desktop I paid $99 and used Apple Care for years and they were very helpful, now I've paid $249 and get a technician to give me 5 minutes of their time.

Hard to pay it quite a bit of additional money to project the product but found it is important because of the high expense of replacement.

Haven’t had to use this yet and hope that I never will. Good to have if something happens.

I don't remember purchasing this. Unless best buy charged me on top of my geek squad purchase.

AppleCare needed for repair issues as Apple only allows Best Buy to open and repair IPhones.

Wasted money on this as even with the coverage i still have to pay apple to fix my gfs macbook.....how does that work?

AppleCare+ for MacBook- 3 Year Plan was surprisingly more than I had hope but necessary as a part of the gift.
