I bought it for school for the spring semester of 2020. I used for four zoom meetings and every time I turn it on it makes a loud noise like if it was soo old and old. For the amount, I paid it is not worth it and if I want it to be fix I have to drive all the way to Walnut Creek so definitely not worth my money and time. Walnut Creek is about 1.5 hrs with traffic it can take up to 3hrs or more.

Extended coverage which is standard but good to have if you are hard on your computer at times or just use it everyday all day.

Didn’t own the laptop for long. Only about 1 week and returned it. Had to pay more $ to add insurance to my other laptop.

I bought it but I don’t really what to do with it. Even when contacting the apple store it didn’t help us out.

Best Buy would rather you contact apple for warranty work or so they told me

Does not cover all damage. I was not satisfied with this purchase. I paid $250 for this extra coverage and I had to pay $300 to repair my computer because the coverage does not cover the computer if it shows evidence of being wet or around moisture.

I purchased the applecare for my son's laptop but unsure what it covers and haven't had the need to use it.

Just ok not the best. Best buy will not honor my price match with comluter

You are made to purchase a plan in case of damage at 1/3 the price of the product then if you need to use the protection plan you pay another third, which is more than half the price of the product. Not worth it. Product broke within the month but couldnt afford to fix it at $300 to start.

Best buy attached this applecare+ plan to one macbook air and sent me a completely different serial number. What a headache. Hours on phone already. Disconnected calls from Best Buy "support" Still no resolution. Very disappointed Best Buy!

Just realized I’m being charged monthly for this service. $9.99 a month for 3 years is ridiculous, and I can’t even cancel it.

this is quite possibly the WORST care plan ever. apple products are designed to rip you off though

Applecare completely sucks. I cannot imagne how the execs at apple live with themselves. There is a special circle of hell for the people running the Apple Corporation.

Dont buy cant bring back to best buy mac crashed, and apple care pass said they wont take it back. Waste of money and time

Best Buy dropped the ball on getting this set up. It took over two weeks and numerous calls and emails to get this straighten out.

So much cheaper on the apple website! I don’t recommend purchasing apple care at best buy if i were you………

Apple doesnt honor there products. Dont waste your money and time.
