Won't honor loss
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've spent over 2 hours now on the phone between Apple and Assurant. I can't see the device in icloud to put it into find mode, so I can't start the automated process. After the first 90 minutes, Apple (Bani, level 2 rep) gave me the phone number from Assurant, and said that she wasn't able to transfer me. The first option from Assurant redirects you back to Apple. I found an option to talk with Assurant directly and talked with Kevin, who indicated that they didn't see it in their system. I was escalated to Susan, level 2 from Assurant who indicated the same, but was patient enough while I merged in the call with Apple support. The first time I did this, apple support hung up on me. On the second try, I merged in Constance, who tried to help for about 30 minutes but just ended up sending me the same generic emails (I now have 7 with different case numbers). At this point Susan asked to be released and then said she had to drop. I'm now on with Zeb, who filed a claim but it's stuck in limbo.
