Just Crazy

I'm glad I said no as it was another 3 weeks before the new stove showed up. Then when the new stove was going to get installed they acted like they didn't want to haul away the stove because it was tied to the delivery 3 weeks ago and not this delayed install.

Worst service

They are not professional at all. They came in unprepared and decided not to look at the product installation instructions and just tell us we had missing items and needed to order extra items in order to complete the installation. We had a heat pump vent less dryer but he told us we need to get a vent as all dryers need a vent and indicated our package is missing the stacking kit so we can't put it on top of the washer.

Don't buy geek squad subscription or install

The geek squad has inexpensive labor with ability to move stuff carelessly, and that's it. They have limited to no knowledge of anything you buy, how to install the appliances properly, and how to not starch or break anything during the move or install. I have had three follow ups for a simple washer/dryer install, and it's still not done. I will try to work with the appliance manufacturer directly. Do not get geek squad support even for free.

Not good installation

All they had to do was attach it to the existing line. Apparently did not check for leaks. Pushed refrig back and left. A week later saw water coming from under my cabinets Husband pulled refrig out and where they attached the add on line it was leaking badly. Did not know this until too late. Tried to call Customer service, was put on hold for 22 minutes. Called again and was disconnected. Husband fixed the leak and now my wall. molding and floor behind the refrig is all wet including under my cabinets where I cannot get into to dry up. Think somebody owes me. And I even paid for them to install and do damage. Can't get anyone. Was a fiasco just getting the refrig here in the beginning. Refrig freezes things, even on a higher than recommended setting. Lets see if I get a call from someone.

Poor customer service

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this was an absolute disaster the delivery guy showed up without my refrigerator wanting to haul away my old refrigerator it turns out that my new refrigerator was never put on the truck and actually wouldn’t even be set to be delivered I would have to go and pick it up from a Best Buy that was about an hour away from my house I already had all the food taken out of my old refrigerator had to put it all back and still never received the refrigerator and had to call and get a refund Best Buy never even made it right. Yeah if it wasn’t for convenience in the occasional deals I would never buy anything from Best Buy again.

Damaged dry wall

The building engineer found it out - the workers didn't told me about the damage. Best Buy jumped in for reimbursement for the damaged wall.

Set at the curb

The box truck for deliver broke done they said. They said they would be back by 6 pm or after to pick them up and someone else picked them up I think.

Scratched...

The protruding screws scratched the door frames pretty bad. New fridge also had several visible scratches as well.

THEY DENTED AND HAD TO HAVE ANOTHER DELIVERED. SECOND GROUP AWESOME BUT NEEDED LEFT SIDE PULLED OUT A DAB HIT GRANITE AND SCARRED STAINLESS ON LEFT DOOR A DAB.

Best buy will sell you a great product at a competitive price but do not use their third party install services as they are a joke. Hire a professional.
