    Love the freezer/Haul away sucks

    You should consider doing business with someone else. The lead person was rude and didn't want to take the old freezer away. He brought the freezer to my garage, which I requested, and left. He did not put the handle on nor attempt to level it. What ever happened to good deliver service? I used to get it free with purchase. Now I pay for poor service. I will probably look elsewhere if I have to have something delivered.

    If I could give less than a star I would. They scheduled a day, with a 12 hour window and never showed up. Rescheduled for another day and never showed for that either.

    store mgr said they would haul away our old washer and old water heater with no water in it and water heater was in grarge ready to go. paid for both items to be haul away >pick up crew very rude and hateful would not take water heater after mgr. told them to so! very unhappy and mad!!

    The sales rep told me I could have my old dishwasher taken away when the new one was delivered so I said sure. The guys get there and tell me they aren't allowed to take it out, it already needed to be unhooked. I had specificly asked that question in the store and was told that the delivery guys took care of it. My money was credited back and I found someone else to take it away for less money so it worked out.

    They were supposed to add hook up with with the dishwasher but the delivery people left the dishwasher in the middle of my kitchen and left and the person that was supposed to install my dishwasher NEVER SHOWED UP so I had o pay someone to install it,.... go to a competitor if you need a delivery

    Works arrived without parts, tools and need information to perform installation. Worker arrived are surprised to discover what is needed for and installation.

    This particular code apparently is not the correct haul away code for a built-in/custom refrigerator, which was not available as an option. Because of that, we had reschedule the delivery THREE separate times before we finally got the correct code and team to haul our old refrigerator away.

    Tech could not haul away because his vehicle wasn't large enough ! Was left off his work order. Left on my deck to be picked up -- hasn't been (6/9- 5 days). No satisfaction from any Best Buy Rep. One even said that the situation was "JUST A SMALL HICCUP..."

    I cancelled my order and asked this order be cancelled as well, but it was never cancelled and was I never refunded. Then I receive a notification this was done. Was not done and I would like to receive a refund for services not rendered.

    Haul-Away comes before installers

    Haul-Away guy came before the install guy and he made me remove the old equipment and he is so rude. Installation should be scheduled before Haul-Away. This is ridiculous. Installers did not show up yet.

    Did not take the second haul away stated it wasn't on their manifest even though I called and geek squad confirmed it was on their maifest

    It is terrible to use the service. No one knows how and why it happens although I met directly the store staff to tell what happened and show Best buy message.

    Poor service on this purchase. Clerk left it off to start with, then missed appointments, not on ice maker install order, etc. Jystxa mess.
