Charles installed my dishwasher, took the old one away, came back a week later to secure it as it was missing parts that had to be ordered, and overall a wonderful, professional, efficient, friendly and helpful technician. An asset to your organization.

Would give 0, the delivery driver refused to haul away old fridge. It was cleaned out. He called his boss and handed me the phone. She said they would refund the haul away . They DID NOT. I had to drive 45 minutes away to the store. The manager there instantly refunded. Beware Best Buy now contracts their delivery to a third party. Very disappointed, this 3rd party never notified the store. Bad for business

It's haul away, not rocket science. BB charges $10 more than competitors and will not price match services. One star off for price and one for not matching price.

The truck driver is friendly and works quickly to unpack, haul, and deliver. This saved me time, I used to take my appliances to a scrap yard across town before. I usually have to find help from someone to load it into my truck which can be a hassle.

The gentleman who came to do the haul away were courteous and very professional. The called when they were 15 minuets away and when the were in the driveway. They were in and out in about 20 minuets. Save us a lot of time and back pain.

The 2 Geek Squad members who hauled away our old 65” Mitsubishi tv did a great job. They also were good about calling to confirm the appointment and then showed up on time. This service being part of my membership was an added bonus!

the first guys took away the fridge that was supposed to be removed 2 yrs ago, but BB delivery guys never removed it, which left damages on my wooden floors, the 2nd delivery guys were great, removed the old dryer and were very professional and nice.

The installation went seamlessly well, professional young men who was skillful, didn’t leave a piece of scrap behind, they swept my kitchen floor before they left.

My GE Profile fridge was brought in early as promised. Delivered and hauled away my used refrigerator. No issues and job was done seemingly fast. Professional gentlemen and easy to conversate with.

Install completed and another team did the haul away. They scheduled the haul away for the same day. The haul away team called prior to their arrival. Even though it was later in the evening they still did the haul away as promised. Great Best Buy experience from beginning to end.

The delivery and haul away was very quick. It was pretty early in the morning so I can understand the gentlemen not being so cheery and even carrying such heavy items, other than that no mess no fuss very pleased.

My wife changed her mind about keeping our old appliance and called Best Buy the night before delivery of the new appliance. The change to the order (from delivery to delivery and removal) was quick, efficient, and at a reasonable cost.

It's been almost a month and we have a brand new refrigerator that has a brand new ice maker that doesn't work. The day after the original installation, the ice maker wasn't working. It has never worked. We set up an appointment for a service installation guy to come out and fix or replace the ice maker. He came, looked at it and said that he didn't know how to fix it and that someone from the office would call us. We were like, "Huh?". Haven't heard from anyone since. We've been trying to get through to get someone else to come out and look that darn thing. Everytime we call, we get placed on hold. The last time it took two hours and we could never get through. I tried calling the Best Buy store at Southpark Meadows and no one answered the phone. So, I hopped in my car and went down to the store and talked directly to a Geek Squad representative in the store. Shockingly, he said there was nothing he could do that I had to call the 1-800 number. I was like, "What? Everytime I do that I get put on hold for 2 hours and no one can help me. I'm here. You're here. Why can't you help me?" He apologized and handed me a printed paper with my order number and the 1-800 number on it. I left fuming. I'm going to try again tomorrow and ask to speak to the store manager. If I can't get anywhere, I'm going to load the refrigerator into my vehicle and drop it off at the front door of the store and then demand a refund. This is total crap.
