Great customer service. Great prices and products. I recommend them for purchasing. If it’s not right they will make it right. I bought a stove.

The install and haulaway was great. Only problem is the estimated time was way off. But I did like how you can track how far they are from you.

Installers were quick and clean. They actually removed the old unit and replaced it inside of 20 minutes. they were courteous and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived when they said they would and were very professional.

We always get great service and items from Best Buy since we started shopping here. We are very pleased with our purchases thus far. Friendly staff throughout the store and timely deliveries.

The two delivery drivers did a fantastic job with removing my old fridge and installed the new one they delivered. They were wonderful and kind and did a Great job with installing my new fridge.

The 2 guys were awesome. We put coverings over the hardwoods but it was not necessary because they used lift straps instead of appliance carts. No damage and a great attitude.

The oven is good. A bit small. But best it could do for the space. It’s very advanced. Has air fryer, convection oven and traditional oven. I most like the skill of the installers. They have to custom cut the cabinets to fit the oven. They did a great job!

Our dishwasher is a good one for a good price. I opted for a lesser expensive model and it is working well. The installer was great and as an added plus he promised to return if I had any problem within the first year. It is easy to clean and easy to operate. So far I am quite satisfied.

Love my new refrigerator! Lots of room. I had a side by side before and now I have a Samsung french door with bottom freezer and I love it! I also love the lighting in refrigerator and freezer. It's great.

They easily moved out the old appliance and gave us an opportunity to clean up the dust that had accumulated under the old stove.

The delivery team members were AWESOME. Arrived on time, friendly , courteous and professional all the way. Were extremely careful with both the stove and assuring wood floors were not getting damaged. Cleaned up all the packaging. When they left it was like nothing had ever happened - except I had a new stove in the kitchen!

Great service. Just know that for best buy membership or expensive purchases its not free and a charge. You would think it would be covered. Overall it was good and quick service.

The two guys loaded up our old dishwasher and the old stove quickly. It would've been a difficult task for my husband and i to get Them on the truck then find a place to dispose of it. Probably wouldn't have cost as much but we would have had to load them, then take it there as well as pay. Would definitely do this again.

Excellent, removed old appliance and hauled it away. Also they installed new one. great job, no scratches on walls or floors.

The men who installed my new dishwasher removed the old dishwasher and carried it out of my house. They left my house exactly the way they found it and I could not even tell that they had been there, except that now I have a new dishwasher! They were very respectful of my property and very cordial to me.

Took a couple of attempts. Evidently the first scheduled exchange Team had an accident and an injury prior to arrival. I called to find out where they were and learned call was cancelled. An hour later, I received a text they were going to arrive an hour and 1/2 in the past.

Very nice that they took away my old dishwasher, so I did not have to worry about carrying it down my stairs or where I would dispose of it at.
