Haul-away went very well. During delivery of my new fridge, the delivery crew had to remove my front door. After delivery and haul away, they put my door back on. Delivery and haul away went smoothly.

A special mention and thanks to the staff of Best Buy, 5th street, Miami Beach. Courteous, helpful service which is constant. Always received assistance with whatever issues I’ve encountered. My recently purchased fridge (November) was timely delivered and installed rapidly. My phone problem resolved by a young lady in store.

I like the stove. It works well. I’m getting use to many of its features and functions. It works well for all of my needs at this time. I had some issues with installation and missing parts to the stove, but Best Buy was very helpful and prompt with solving the problems. At this point I have no complaints, and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

We've had this for a few weeks now. So far it's been fantastic. Everything seems to be working as advertised. The sensored opening and slow closing functions are actually pretty nice. The level of coldness seems to be consistent and stable without over-chilling loss of coldness. The shelves are all solid and form fitting. So far so good.

The haul away of my old dishwasher was seamless and quick. The two man crew divided tasks, with one working on plumbing and the other disconnecting the old dishwasher. A Masonite pad was placed to protect my hardwood kitchen floor. The crew arrived 30 minutes late due to traffic but called to let me know. As with any appliance delivery my only suggestion would be that the scheduling window be confirmed more than the evening prior, but that is probably not possible.

Very professionals the guys who hauled away my old refrigerator, they had to remove my front door so it could fit thru. I recommend Best Buy deliverers.

Great oven. Does not come with clear instructions or images of all the accessories. Had to google it to figure it all out. Best Buy does not answer phone. Extremely poor communication. Great over. Just wish I had purchased somewhere else.

Haul away was easy, convenient, and quite reasonably priced. It was nice to be able to have the old refrigerator hauled away when the new one was installed. The two men who work for the company that performs this service were very professional and wonderful.

Basically what I needed was for the clothes dryer to be moved from the basement upstairs. Then I could have moved it to the curb for pick-up. But it was the same price to have them take it away so that is what we did. The two guys used straps to carry it up and out to their truck. They did a good job.

My VERY old frig was large, bulky, and a mess. The specs to get it out of my kitchen and building, which was build in 1940, made this job hard. Luis and his partner did what two other services would not do, take off the doors to start, and get it out of the building. They were incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Great dudes. Nice, professional, and went the extra mile. Thanks Luis, so much!

Workers were efficient and on time. Special thanks to them for allowing us the opportunity to clean the floor where the old, non-functioning dryer was and for fitting the new dryer into a tight space.

My wife is very pleased wih Best Buy! She loves th Dishwasher because it hac a lot of great features, such as the 3d drawer which is deep to hold more. And the installalation team were super! They professionally got it installed in record time after arriving as scheduled -extraordinary service

The gentlemen that delivered and hauled off my new and old washing machine were great. They were professional, courteous, timely, and communicative. I highly recommend this service.

The team that hauled the appliances away were efficient, polite, and quick. I asked if they would wait to install the new appliances until I swept and washed the floor once the old units were removed. They were very accommodating.

REFRIGERATOR IS VERY NICE AND ADAPTABLE. I WASN'T AWAWARE THAT IT IS SMEWHAT SMALLER THAN I ENVISIONED, BUT IT DOES THE JOB, IT'S A WHIRLPOOL BRAND, WHICH I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED, AND I HEARD FROM THEM VERY SOON AFTER PIRCHASE, IF I HAD ANY CMPLAINTS, I AM SATISTISVIED WITH MY PURCHASE.

It was so nice to have our new washer delivered and our old one hauled away. Both delivery men were very polite and considerate with our property and the new washer not being damanged in any way! Both the delivery and haul away was quick but done professionally.

the best service ever by 2 gentleman that went on there time to show me how to work it and also instruction on my ice maker and the water dispenser nice no excellent customer service. thank you.

The two young men did a phenomenal job removing our rather large refrigerator and installing the new one. Mindful of our property and cleaning up. Friendly. The cost could be lower

Great job with delivery & haul away! They were so quick & efficient. Shiwed us little things to pay attention to once we start using the frig. Just a job well done all the way around. William & (??) were the delivery guys.

Delivery was on time .. I was notified of expected delivery time and driver kept in touch until they delivered, earlier than expected. Very professional and knowledgeable in their handling of delivery and installation.
