I like the stove. It works well. I’m getting use to many of its features and functions. It works well for all of my needs at this time. I had some issues with installation and missing parts to the stove, but Best Buy was very helpful and prompt with solving the problems. At this point I have no complaints, and I’m satisfied with my purchase.

A special mention and thanks to the staff of Best Buy, 5th street, Miami Beach. Courteous, helpful service which is constant. Always received assistance with whatever issues I’ve encountered. My recently purchased fridge (November) was timely delivered and installed rapidly. My phone problem resolved by a young lady in store.

My VERY old frig was large, bulky, and a mess. The specs to get it out of my kitchen and building, which was build in 1940, made this job hard. Luis and his partner did what two other services would not do, take off the doors to start, and get it out of the building. They were incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Great dudes. Nice, professional, and went the extra mile. Thanks Luis, so much!

We've had this for a few weeks now. So far it's been fantastic. Everything seems to be working as advertised. The sensored opening and slow closing functions are actually pretty nice. The level of coldness seems to be consistent and stable without over-chilling loss of coldness. The shelves are all solid and form fitting. So far so good.

We live in a condo, so we needed the haul away service. The same people who delivered our new dish washer took the old one away. They removed the leaky old one quickly and easily to make way for the new one. Very friendly and informative about the process and everything went great.

The team was punctual, arriving exactly within the scheduled time window. They were professional and courteous, taking the time to introduce themselves and explain the process before getting started. They handled the washer with care, ensuring there was no damage to the appliance or my home during the setup. What really stood out was their attention to detail. They made sure everything was properly connected, leveled, and functioning perfectly before leaving. They even gave me a quick walkthrough of the washer’s features and answered my questions with patience and expertise. On top of that, they left the area spotless—no packaging or debris left behind. This level of service exceeded my expectations and made the entire process stress-free. Kudos to BestBuy for having such a dedicated and efficient delivery team. Five stars for outstanding service!

Basically what I needed was for the clothes dryer to be moved from the basement upstairs. Then I could have moved it to the curb for pick-up. But it was the same price to have them take it away so that is what we did. The two guys used straps to carry it up and out to their truck. They did a good job.

The two men were VERY professional and took time to be sure they had enough room to haul away the old refrigerator. They did a great job!

I purchased the stove to be delivered to a female Iraq War veteran in Florida Shores Edgewater Florida. Her dd214 showed she had PTSD and was a 100% disabled veteran. The Florida State Elks cover the stove purchase through the Army of Hope.

The delivery team communicated excellently their arrival time and even called when they were 10 minutes out. They removed the old units and installed the new units without disrupting any other household areas. Very professional team!

Daniel and his partner had to disassemble the doors and tub freezer to get the refrigerator out of our kitchen due to tight spaces. We have a small home. Their efforts went above and beyond. We're very grateful for this super team.

I love the new fridge, because I like top freezer. Previously had side by side and could not fit platters in either fridge or freezer. This one is great, lots of room. Main complaint is no light in freezer, which I didn't realize until it was installed, and had to buy the ice maker separately, and pay and 2 installation fees, one for fridge install and another fee for icemaker install.

Haul away was easy, convenient, and quite reasonably priced. It was nice to be able to have the old refrigerator hauled away when the new one was installed. The two men who work for the company that performs this service were very professional and wonderful.

The Geek Squad guys were terrific. They were there to pick up my over the range microwave for recycle. I told them that my countertop microwave had broken the day before, and I was wishing that I had thought to add haul away when I ordered my new one. They said maybe we can add it to this order. They contacted their supervisor and made the arrangement and took my other microwave to recycle.

The delivery team was on time, very professional, pleasant, and it did not take them long to deliver our items, and load up the old appliances for removal. Which was very important to us to have it done this way.

My wife is very pleased wih Best Buy! She loves th Dishwasher because it hac a lot of great features, such as the 3d drawer which is deep to hold more. And the installalation team were super! They professionally got it installed in record time after arriving as scheduled -extraordinary service

The staff were pleasant, efficient, and intelligent. They set up our washer and removed the old one flawlessly. Best Buy should be very proud of their delivery team. We will definitely use them in the future.

REFRIGERATOR IS VERY NICE AND ADAPTABLE. I WASN'T AWAWARE THAT IT IS SMEWHAT SMALLER THAN I ENVISIONED, BUT IT DOES THE JOB, IT'S A WHIRLPOOL BRAND, WHICH I HAVE ALWAYS LIKED, AND I HEARD FROM THEM VERY SOON AFTER PIRCHASE, IF I HAD ANY CMPLAINTS, I AM SATISTISVIED WITH MY PURCHASE.
