We have experienced using the LG Counter-Depth refrigerator for a month now with no concerns with the design or operation of this appliance. It is without reservation that we can highly recommend this product to anyone.

Delivery of my Dryer went very smoothly. The deliver and set-up team were on time. They were very neat removing my old dryer and setting up my new dryer and showing me how the dryer worked.

Had two really great guys help me with all this. I really appreciate the work Fabrizzio and Jose did for me. Excellent and so considerate about taking care of my house while they hauled the old fridge out.

Our old washing machine was out of our house quickly and efficiently. The technicians were well versed on how to set up our new washing machine and explained how to work it.

The deliver and haul away process was seamless and efficient. I was able to get a real time ETA. Once they arrived, as scheduled, they carted my old fridge away.. after bringing in and hooking up my new refridgerator. They did a great job.

When the delivery guys hauled the old freezer away they damaged my mother in laws wall and molding and didn't even say anything i hammered the molding back in but its damaged i called the company someone reached out to me a few weeks ago i asked if they could call me the next day because they called me at 10 pm they said they would and i haven't heard from them again. The freezer is wonderful but the professionalism was not.

The delivery people hauled away the old freezer and showed me how to use the new freezer. They had me turn the new freezer off and on and reset it and lock it, so that I would know how to do it. They were very professional

Your employee was very polite and courteous. He came in and was able to unhook the old washer and was able to maneuver it through the laundry room door and out through the garage without any difficulty. He completed installation of the new washer in short time and even showed us how to use the washer before leaving with ease and knowledge. He did a great job.

Love this washing machine....does a great job...uses more water to really wash your clothes...the removable agitator is what i was sold on..and i am very happy with this purchase.

The staff are highly professional, very polite, and respectful. They answered all questions and were extremely helpful. I have purchased all my appliances from Best Buy and have had nothing but top-notch service.

The Geek Squad guys were terrific. They were there to pick up my over the range microwave for recycle. I told them that my countertop microwave had broken the day before, and I was wishing that I had thought to add haul away when I ordered my new one. They said maybe we can add it to this order. They contacted their supervisor and made the arrangement and took my other microwave to recycle.

The best delivery and install team for a big box store. Micki, you buy overpriced hook up gear, which is the worst thing about the delivery, but they’re way better than Home Depot. It would be nice if they give you a little more heads up other than day of, but at least their service is way better than Home Depot.

I love the new fridge, because I like top freezer. Previously had side by side and could not fit platters in either fridge or freezer. This one is great, lots of room. Main complaint is no light in freezer, which I didn't realize until it was installed, and had to buy the ice maker separately, and pay and 2 installation fees, one for fridge install and another fee for icemaker install.

The guys arrived on time, they worked quickly to remove the older dish washer and installed the new one. Only snafu i needed something tharvi did mot have which did cost more money. But love tge product

The pickup went smoothly and stressed free. The delivery guys were careful not to cause any damage to the surrounding area. They checked the that the unit was in good condition before taking it. They made sure to ask permission before touching or moving anything. I was very impressed by their handling procedures.

The removal of my old refrigerator and installation of the new refrigerator went very smoothly The two gentlemen that came and delivered and installed were very professional.

We recently purchased the new LG washer and dryer and LOVE it! My favorite feature is the ability to fill the washer reserve with detergent and softener and not worry about how much to add. It notifies me when needing refilling. The drum is HUGE and since there is no longer an agitator, it's easy on my clothes. I love all the different settings too!
