The delivery team of 2 men arrived earlier than expected. They called about 10 minutes before arriving. They worked well together uncrated, put the shelves in place, disconnected the old refrigerator freezer, removed it from the house, brought in the LG, connected the water line, attached the door handles, set the LG in place, leveled it. The whole process took about 45 minutes, including cleanup.

We had the hallway service done as part of our Replacements of our refrigerator and stove. The installers were very quick and efficient, were obviously experienced and friendly, and were able to remove both appliances quickly and with no damage to any of our walls or floors.

Very professional operation. Service men were very careful in the removal to ensure no damage to any part of the removal area. Due to size of the refrigerator they had to remove and replace one door.. Had all the tools necessary.

Good overall service. Reps to impaitent to let water drain from supply hose and insisted I needed to get a plumber in to repair the cut-off valve. After discussing this with plumber, it just required more time to let the line drain. Delivery crew had to come back to install refrigerator.

I am very happy with the Bosch French Door style. The external ice and water dispenser is fantastic and easy to use. The freezer drawer is surprisingly large. I like the sleek look and am so happy to not have handles taking up extra space. I strongly recommend this refrigerator.

The technicians we're very efficient. They removed a large refrigerator from a very narrow kitchen with only five inches to spare which they measured prior to removing.

The men did a great job when they delivered my stove. They were quick & they made it seem so easy the way took out the old stove & bought the new one in. They also turned on the oven & the top burners to make sure everything worked. They asked me if I had any questions too. Great customer service!

Purchased a new Samsung tv to replace my older 60 inch Sony. Two guys removed the old tv and brought in the new one - even offered to set it up even though I had only paid for delivery and haul-away (I thanked them but set it up myself). Came right on time and were very courteous.

Yes, he just took the old microwave out and took it out and loaded it in his vehicle to take away. That was really nice. He did a great job.
