Easy haul away.very friendly and professional would use again

At the last minute my son wanted to purchase my chest freezer and the Geeks were more then helpful to move it to the other wall of my garage and taken off of the Haul away bill. Set up the Upright freezer perfectly and in 4 hours I was able to add all my frozen food from my coolers just like they said. It is everything I needed and wanted.

Hauling awayvis well worth the cost. No hassle and no damage.

There was a little confusion at first about scheduling haul away at a separate time from install but the customer service agent resolved so everything happened in the same appointment.

The two gentlemen that removed my old range were very nice guys! They were very careful not to damage the walls in the house or any trim! If I had to remove my old range, it would still be here...The service that Best Buy provides on the removal of old appliances is well worth the minor cost, not only in the amount of work it takes, but in the backache they prevent!

Guy's got in and out quickly and professionally. They made it look easy and I didn't have to buy pizza a beer for my friends and take all day to do it.

I purchased a dishwasher so I needed my old one to be hauled away. It was removed from the kitchen and down a set of stairs. The gentleman who removed to old dishwasher was very careful not to scrape any walls or allow anything dirty of foreign to to escape. I highly recommend that you allow the removal of of your old appliances.

Two small local guys installing a 350 appliance, I had my doubts. These guys were outstanding, careful, clean so many positives.

The delivery guys were so professional and nice. They hauled away the old refrigerator and installed the new one quickly. My kitchen is small and has very narrow doorways and they did not even touch a wall or a counter moving the refrigerators. Very impressive. They cleaned up after themselves and left my kitchen the eay they found it.

Best Buy contract delivery and pick up guys were great. They made sure there was no damage to our floors or walls, using straps to carry the old fridge out and new fridge in.
