Delivery, installation, and removal of old dishwasher went smoothly and the team did an outstanding job!

Great service. Just know that for best buy membership or expensive purchases its not free and a charge. You would think it would be covered. Overall it was good and quick service.

I always use the delivery and installation service. Im very capable of installing most of the product i purchased, but why bother. When this guys do it for me and clean after themselves.

The young men who delivered our dryet also removed our old one. Very courteous and able to deliver and remove dryers with care. Excellent service.

The install and haulaway was great. Only problem is the estimated time was way off. But I did like how you can track how far they are from you.

I have not given five stars because the unit’s sides became and still are very very hot… other than the unit so far has operated well with the caveat that I have only had it since oct 7 th 2025

The guys were fine, but they showed up and could not take the microwave down to haul it away. I had to get my drill and take it down myself, which took all of 2 minutes, but they would not do this. Once I completed taking it down, I carried it outside and handed it to them. I should not have ordered this service, as I could have taken this to the landfill myself for free. I only ordered the service because I was traveling and didn't think that I would be home to take it away myself. Waste of money and should have been more clear that we had to take it down and they would just pick it up for $50, which is not good.

They were efficient, friendly, and respectful. They were neat, making sure not to make a mess or leave tracks.
