    Go with the delivery and haul away...why anyone wants to do it themselves when it is so cheap to have Best Buy take care of the problem doesn't make sense. Thank you Best Buy!

    BB delivers you new appliance for free, but charges $15 to haul the old one away and recycle it. Bought the washer/dryer set for mom who lives in Florida, so it was worth it for me.

    The guys were efficient, friendly, and quick. Good sense of humor and maintained COVID protocol. The small fee was a bargin.

    Removal of old unit was fairly easy. Cabinet had to be trimmed out to accommodate the new unit.
