New refrigerator in and before I knew it they had my old one in their truck and off my mind. So much easier than putting it on my driveway and paying garbage service to haul it away at their convenience. Thank you so much for excellent service.

Installation was slick and efficient. The technician clearly knew a great deal about his product and improved the connections which had caused problems in the past. The machine is quiet and does a very good job.

The install and haulaway was great. Only problem is the estimated time was way off. But I did like how you can track how far they are from you.

Quick and easy removal! They were quick and clean removing the old product and quick delivering the new product.

I have several appliances, a Big Fridge, a Gas Range and a Dishwasher, to be delivered and hauled away in an afternoon. On that day, I received text information about the delivery since the morning and was kept informed through the day about the delivery. That was really fantastic and good idea. This means I could do something else instead of waiting for them to come. I have new floorings in the house, so I worried that the delivery/hauling away might cause scratches to the flooring and put some blankets on the floor to avoid this. When they guys came, they were very careful to haul away the old appliances from the kitchen. They used a belt to lift each appliance up and carry it outside. The appliance did not even touch the floor! Great job!

Delivery was on time. Drivers called ahead of time to let us know they were on the way so we could be prepared.

The two guys who hauled away are old refrigerator knew exactly what they were doing. They measured and made sure they could get through doorways and outside.
