guys were courteous and efficient; cleaned up after themselves very well

They did very good job of bringing in new washer and dryer and removing the old. The old washer was heavy and they managed well to get it out.

I like the option to haul away, how ever why charge? I’m sure Best Buy gets some kind of a core rebate. Then they get $20 from to haul away.

no call he did however make a case note #NC 12967895 case # 363407709 ( got this from customer service rep Ana on Thursday 9/18/25) . I did not receive a call back from Mike on 9/17/25 so I went back to the best buy store after work that same day .When I got there I was told this Best Buy location fired all delivery personnel on Sat and Sun 9/14/25 and created/ implemented a new system that only the switch board / delivery dashboard can edit delivery for the Geek Squad to operate

Guys took away the old stove before bringing in the old. Guys were quick and polite.

Having an old appliance in garage is not good. Best Buy hauls away your old appliances once they install your new one. Sooooo convenient!

Personal that delivered washer were professionals. They did a great job without any problems. Removing old unit was a bargain and no worries.

This is a very good refrigerator. LG has always been my favorite. This is my second refrigerator from LG and Best Buy.
