This reviews the entire experience of buying, delivering, and installing the product. Our washer broke down, and we needed a new one, so we went to BB and bought one with delivery, installation, and appliance haul-away. A week later, the day came, and the delivery guys showed up just to tell me that they couldn't install it because there was a drain pan underneath the machine. Perplexed, I explained to this gentleman that nobody mentioned anything about this to me when I bought the product. He proceeded to find other faults just to avoid installing the machine. He then called someone from the delivery service who kept apologizing about this and offering to reschedule. I had already waited for a week, and I had to go out of town the following day. It was very inconvenient, to say the least. The entire feeling was that these people didn't want to have anything to do with the installation and hauling of the old washer. I ended up installing it myself with a friend, and it works just fine. If you plan to buy, make sure you get a drain pan and ask the right questions.

We appreciated the company hauling away our non working washer as we had no way to dispose of it.
