    I'm curious, why would you not hire best buys crew to haul away your old appliances? The guy's were professional, clean and courteous. You won't be disappointed.

    I'd give five stars for the second haul away as that person was very nice. The first time the haul away was scheduled, not only was the time window missed, the person, Trevor, insisted the window was larger than an email told me and even then he was 30 minutes outside that enlarged window. He needs some customer service training.
