We purchased a LG washer and dryer…($1400.00). The salesman was super Informational, very hopeful. Delivery delivery was set up for a Saturday delivery. Saturday morning, I received an email telling me delivery time would be between 2:30 PM and 6:30 PM, so I pulled out both old machines and put them in the driveway for the guys to take. 6 o’clock rolls around and I haven’t heard anything so I make a phone call and they’re telling me that my delivery has been rescheduled, without my knowledge. and that the new delivery date wasn’t going to be until 12 days later in the middle of the week when nobody’s home. My issue is that it would’ve been nice to have a phone call to let me know this, also I should’ve been next on the list not pushed back another 12 days. Long story short I was so mad that I told the guy on the phone to keep it, and that that was no way to do business should’ve at least been a phone call Or at least another email, letting me know Not to mention the fact that we were looking at a $2300 TV that we were going to buy ourselves for Christmas… Not anymore

This service was a godsend. To actually have them take away our old and used washer it was so easy and time saving.

This morning I have got dryer and washer and they charge me extra money to switch the door of the hinge. Nobody have told me about that but they charge me in with a separate company however, the fridge, delivery guy they are rude and disrespectful and also, they did not even put out shoes guard or the shoes cover thing or they did not takeoff shoes and they walk on my car like they are nothing and I have a newborn at home. When I ask them for my old fridge to put it in a garage and he left it in the middle of the garage and I asked them to put it against the wall however they didn’t do. This will be my last time that I have ordered delivery from through Best Buy.

If you can't find free donations, a nominal fee insures it's going to be fully taken care of without any worriers or problem.

The men who came to haul the appliance away for very professional and made sure not to damage the floors when moving the appliance.

The men installed the new dishwasher and hauled away the old..how nice not to have to wait for the rubbish company to have "put out one large item on this day".
