when item purchased I wanted old one removed to outside house, not hauled away. I did that myself. your system has no option for that request. salesmen said don't worry the delivery crew will remove it to outside. the delivery crew was great but said there was no order to remove it. they did so after some discussion

The Hall-Away program is fantastic. No hassles. I live in a condo and they staff has to remove all items in the back elevator (not close to my unit). The staff did so professionally, no hassles and very courteous.
