This is a great service that is offered by Best Buy to get rid of your old appliance. The men who came were very efficient too!

The 2 gentlemen that showed up to deliver and remove the clothes washer and dryer were very professional and clean.

Installation parts and removal is always great when you let Best Buy do it, I highly recommend it, also get the protection plan well worth it.

Having the older large items taken away was a great help. No need to find a pick up service for your replaced items.

The truck arrived one of the delivery people unhooked the machine and loaded it in the truck. The other person placed the new machine and then hooked it up .

Unfortunately, I personally wasn't home when it was delivered, but the team didn't haul the dryer away though I had paid for that service. I've since been reimbursed. Otherwise, everything went well.
