We don’t have bulk trash pick up here so definitely needed this and glad it was so simple. New stove In and old one is gone!!

I had my microwave removed. It was a very quick and orderly process and they arrived on time.

Great job at delivery, very courteous and professional. Only issue was no hook up of water line.

and poof, now it is gone. glad I didn't have to store our old microwave in the garage and wait til the dump would take it

The installers were friendly and professional. Were careful about removing old machine and cleaning up oil leak.

Did not damage doorways or walls. They had to take off the doors to get it out but were very professional.

No reason to store an old appliance in the garage until bulk pickup day. The delivery guys from Best Buy will take it away for you. I love it.

It was very convenient to have my old W/D removed. However, they were not careful when removing the pipes and quite a lot of water leaked to the area. I had to rush to clean and was told they only have certain amount of time before they install new units. So I did not get a chance to clean around dryer area. Situation created unnecessary tension.
