    I was please about the service when they remove my unit from my home. Plus they offer free service too.

    My dishwasher was not able to be installed. Best Buy automatically refunded the charge for old dishwasher to be taken away. Great service

    1 Question: what are you going to do with a broken appliance ? Have it hauled off it will get recycled easy as that.

    Late delivery. The delivery/pick-up did not come on scheduled date. Had an old oven in front of the house for them to pick up. The day they decided to actually arrive, they took it.
