Did not get anything hauled away. Couldn't get washer disconnected

Because of scheduling difficulties (mostly on Best Buy’s end), the delivery team decided to take the old washer with them. They did this because lack of confidence that the other team would follow thru. The pickup team did call on time and, I called them off. I am told that I am credited back this removal fee.
