    the take the old one away can't really complain if you take it places to be recycled they charge way more then this to take it

    Guys came a little later in the day as we were their last stop but they hauled away my old dishwasher and refrigerator with no problem.

    The Best Buy crew initially told me they could not take the old appliances, as there was a paperwork problem, and there was no room on the truck. After much discussion and frustration on my part, they finally hauled away the items. It as not the workers fault, no blame there. It was all about the paperwork.

    Very decent people but they were limited in ways they can help you at all! All they can do is just roll it in and plug it in. If anything is slightly different they can’t help you do anything at that moment even if it is a simple little thing cause they are not allowed to.
