    This is NOT a free service but I don't want to spend time and effort to dispose the old washing machine. This is a fair deal.

    These gentlemen came in and dropped off the new product and took the old machine away in less than 15 minutes

    The delivery crew was super friendly, extremely courteous and oh so careful to not even bump any walls. Best Buy hired a good crew.

    The guys who deliver my new washer hauled off the old one. They were quick setting it up and took precautions to not make a mess.

    Even though both parties tried to work through differences (I admit I became a little unhinged when my husband was assisting lifting dryer from kitchen to laundry room less than 24 hours after eye surgery while the hired assistant did nothing but watch.) the CRST employees ended up driving away without notice while my husband was hammering door frame back in place. They left old dryer on curb. (They canceled that fee, but were exceedingly unprofessional!)
