When I purchased my new Samsung Dishwasher, I needed to have my old one removed and disposed of. This service was a God send!

I didn't think they were going to be able to get my refrigerator out but they did they did a great job

Best Buy does a great job hauling away appliances. Never any wall or floor damage.

My husband and I we are very satisfied with the two delivery guys Reiwier and Ridel, very profesiona.

That was quick and easy. Well worth the small fee to remove and discard my old washer and dryer.

Removed my old oven with ease and took it away with out having to deal with any mess.

The crew came in installed my machine and took the old one within 20 minutes. Cleaned up and carried out old machine.

It did take 2 tries but Best Buy was diligent in having my old Sub Zero removed.

We ended up hiring a private contractor because on their checklist, Best Buy required the customer to pull the Appliance out which included disconnecting a hardwired oven. That should be something they send experts to do these people that showed up were very nice, but they had never hardwired and Appliance.

Best Buy arranged for haul away service for our old appliances. Great service with no hassles.

My services has not been completed. They were not able to installed the washer and dryer because they did not have the Slack kit from Samsung to put up the stackable washer and dryer. dont know if I have the right name. I also need the Bend for the dryer. This is very disappointing since we needed it installed right away. My sister is handicapped and she needs to have her things washed immediately for sanitary reason. I don't know what I supposed to do now. They left the washer and dryer here but its not installed. SO the service and installation is not done. My insurance date will not be started until everything is installed. I need to get those parts that are missing and have them caome back immediately to installed it. Delivery guys were excellent but were not able to do anything. The old one was removed.

It's a great service that is offered and if by chance you decide to keep the appliance the charge is refunded - WINNING!!!!
