Generally pleased with our new cooktop which is fairly new. However, the knobs for the burners seem of low quality. The stainless coating overall seems more of a challenge to clean well. It’s early so we’ll see how well we enjoy the cooking aspects which is fine so far.

Old refrigerator was removed properly and in a very safe manner.

Delivery was late three days. Haul away was easy and well done.

Had my refrigerator scheduled to be hauled away, two guys came in to check the area they would be going through. As far as the way they had to there were steps. First interaction they were just poking at the walkway and no hello how you doing or any greeting. I walked the up to the kitchen and when they pulled out my fridge they noticed it was connected to a water filter in the back and the guy immediately said they don’t mess with that and they can’t touch it. Well with them not able to touch it I wouldn’t be able to get it hauled out if it was still connected to the waterline right? Yes well I myself disconnected it before they would cancel the scheduled haul away and drive off as I figured they were about to plan off doing . So as of that I was pretty disappointed. I had to make sure they took it down without doing any damage and that was about it.

The guys mounted my new 85” tv and my new Bose soundbar. The best investment i could make. Everything is clear and i can understand what the actors are saying with no problem. The young men who installed it were very kind and listened to what was important to me. I would love for all deliveries to be as good as these guys!

Cant say enough good. They swapped that bad boy in and out in 5 min. In the snow, no less.

Excellent delivery service from Best Buy. The installers were on time, were careful, professional, and courteous. They did an excellent job removing the old one and bringing in the new one. They even connected the new waterline, something I wasn’t expecting them to do. We are happy with our refrigerator and everything works perfectly.
