    If i could give -100 I would. The agent that removed the haul away managed to cancel my entire delivery for which I took off a day of work (and this was the second time the delivery didn’t happen). I was not notified the delivery was cancelled. It took me spending 45 minutes on hold to Best Buy, and then the agent telling me I had to wait for the system to reset before I could reschedule. I ordered my washer and dryer on 2 July and as of 16 July have not received them.

    Just a simple swap out with a temporary oven till the correct model became available, but initially the delivery person didn't want to take longer unit, explained that if he doesn't then I can't be responsible for payment on longer, quickly called supervisor and agreed.
