Bad service for refergrator installation

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My Refrigerator broke down and I purchased a new Refrigerator on Sunday 9/7/25, they gave me an appointment on 9/11/25, delivered the new refrigerator but not did the installation and haul-away. And now they gave me appointment on 9/15/25 Monday. The technician were not fully trained to fix the problem. All my food has been spoiled. And I am still with out a refergrator as on today 9/12/25
