    I was happy to know to know that Best Buy offers the haul away service when doing my purchase of a new dishwasher. The installers were great at taking it away and installing the new dishwasher. Fast and reliable service.

    Delivery guys were on time and had the old unit out in a few minutes. Installed the new unit in about 1/2 hour. They tested it before they left and it has worked fine ever since. They cleaned up all the packing material and left the area clean.

    Who delivery people of the new items? We're so knowledgeable. And took away the old items so quickly. And neatly it cleaned up after themselves. I am truly impressed with the service I received. Thank you for having great employees keep up the great job.

    Not much to say. Best buy loaded up my dead chest freezer from my basement and hauled it away after installing my new upright freezer. No muss, no fuss.

    The team did a great job of terminating the water line for our existing fridge and carefully hauling it away without damaging doors, counters, etc.
