Ian and Arial installed our new Sony OLED TV and mount yesterday. Both worked well together, were efficient in everything they did, and completed the installation in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and gave me clear and concise guidance on using the new TV and remote, and ensured I was able to log into my accounts for Google TV. I was very pleased and beyond satisfied with Ian and Ariel's professionalism and the excellent work they provided. Kudos for a job well done!

Overall, the service men were efficient and kind. I need the vent on the dryer changed from the back to the left of the dryer. Before leaving, they tested the washer and dryer. The washer had the user manual and extra parts in it which I had to clean up the paper bits afterward. I guess that I have no manual now. They gave me a phone number to call to have the vent on the dryer moved. I've called 4 times. Today, I called too and no one answered and I was on hold 30 minutes in the car. When I got to my destination, I hung up. Then I texted the salesman that I bought the washer from and no answer. I'm not sure what to do and I'm frustrated. It feels like they took my money and now I can't get help to make it functional in my living space. The best buy service sucks. The dryer and washer set work great, however.

Great delivery service arrived on time and technician wiped down product and checked parts

Best Buy did not give any heads up that they use a third party for haul away and for installation. They also knew I had a gas dryer and never told me the haul away service was not licensed to touch a gas line therefore they could not haul away my product until I paid a separate company to come by and disconnect the gas line. This meant I had stayed home for this haul away for no reason and had to do it all over again since they had to come back a second time.

The team performing the installation and haul away was awesome.

Appliance haul-away was well executed, no problems encountered.
