    Purchased a new Oven and Dryer with an install and haul away of the old units. On the day of the delivery/install/haul away. The drivers/installers dropped off the Oven and dryer, said they didn't know about the install and haul away. Very unprofessional. Thank goodness when I went back the manager Jackie rectified the situation my her great follow up. She made sure a new appointment was set for me, then followed up with an even earlier date. The second set of installers/drivers did a crack job! Very Fast and efficient and definitely knew what they were doing. Would love if they got the credit for a super job well done. One of them was named Jamal and I didn't get the other ones name. Thank you very much for doing such a good job!
