Our experience was unique, we bought a Whirlpool stove and we live on the third floor without an elevator. The people who delivered and connected the range ( Angel / Ernesto ) were, or are, highly trained, they answered all our questions, gave us recommendations, all with a high level of customer service. I hope it's them again next time (Angel/Ernesto). I recommend them and I hope people give them the credit they deserve for their high quality of delivery and dedication.

The price was reasonable for a service that saved us a lot of extra effort. And the haul away was handled by professionals who were quick and efficient

They removed and hauled away our old refrigerator and stove/oven in a quick and professional manner. We will definitely use Best Buy's Haul Away service in the future if needed.

The technicians did a perfect job installing and taking our old unit away. They were so quick that I didn't realize they were gone until my wife said they were done in 20 minutes.

The delivery guy was super nice and professional! He got everything set up fast and hauled away my old fridge without any issues. Made the whole process quick and easy really appreciated how smooth it all went!

This service was very handy and helpful. We do not have vehicles large enough to safely move this and do not know where to take it if we did.

The two delivery techs were friendly, kept us informed of projected delivery time (and were ON time!) they were very careful of our property, both taking out the old and bringing in the new, they packed out all of the packing materials.

The service technician carefully unpacked my new Whirlpool Microwave, removed the old one from above the cook-top, and installed the new one. Then he packed the old one in the empty box and hauled it away. Perfectly done in less than fifteen minutes.

Nice to have the old washer and dryer hauled away, not having to worry about how to sell or get rid of them myself. A little pricey, but it saves a lot of headaches.

Associates brought in the new refrigerator, and took away the OLD refrigerator. The exchange was well organized, timely, professional.

One guy was nice and the other had a slite attitude with my mom when she noticed a unmarked pick up truck tring to hual away my old washer and dryer, Had a fast change of mind on taking the washer and dryer after being told we would be contacting the store about this.

The delivery and haul away men were professional and courteous. We decided to donate our old fridge rather than have it hauled and disposed of. The men were very kind and loaded the old fridge onto the back of my pickup.

The haul away for 4 kitchen items was very efficient and perfect. The crew hauled all 4cappliamces away carefully without marring the floors or damaging walls and doorways in my home.

I am loving my new LG washer and dryer! Washing machine is so quiet and basin is huge and perfect for my quilts. Just what I was looking for and love the cute musical sound on both to let you know when it’s done.

I love the fridge, but the icemaker literally only fills four glasses total. There are seven in our family and it can’t keep up with the demand. There is a storage place in the freezer for ice but the cubes freeze together so it isn’t too useful.

It had been quite a time since I needed a new washing machine so it came as quite a surprise how they have changed. Purchased a LG with AI. Love it!
