Crews come in hit-or-miss personalities. Well, this crew, who came along with delivering my new fridge, was just very helpful along with being friendly and funny. They were careful in entering and exiting, and I couldn't have asked for better service.

The technicians were prompt and cleaned up the area behind and under my old appliance before installing the new dishwasher. I was very pleased with the whole process. They then carried out the old and took it away so that I didn't need to find someone to come and get it. Thank you for making the whole process a great one and I will surely use the service again if needed.

The washing machine I purchased is working great. I hope it continues to perform like it is doing for a long time. The men that delivered & installed it did a great job in a short period of time. They also removed the washer that was no longer working & took it with them which I appreciated.

Recommending is a toughie. The guys were nice. The washer acted up immediately. They had to come back. Great on the washer Haul a way service. If you can pick it up, take it home and hook it up. Do it! Waiting on other people especially during the holidays, you could be asking to get irritated. Other wise the guys were nice and we got it.

They were great. They were very respectful. They were also very polite. Made very little mess and cleaned up. All the cardboard and plastic was taken away. Thank you. They explained the whole stove, how it works, all the different settings, and how to clean it. They gently placed it where it fits and made sure the stove worked. Well done.

Great job! We were worried about how’d we get that huge front loader washer out of our house especially since it was broken and held water in the drum. The haul away crew did it seamlessly and with easy. Absolutely no damage or mess on my floor or walls.

New Samsung refrigerator was a muxh better replacement to my older unit. Excellent quality, love the interactive tablet screen on the frint. Spacious capacity and very quiet operation. Salesperson in Best Buy was very knowledgeable and on-point with fantastic service quality. Delivery was on-time and very professional. Entire experience nothing short of impressive.

They took excellent care in removing our old refrigerator. They were very careful not to drag it on our hardwood floors. They used a shoulder harness to where they picked up the refrigerator and it never touched the floors. It was great to see the company provide this equipment to protect their workers safety.

We were told that Best Buy would haul away a microwave for us (on the phone when we called the Eagan Store) if we brought it to the Eagan store, however when we arrived with it we were told no they did not recycle microwaves at that store - we would have to pay to have it picked up. The person waiting on us made an exception and charged us $30.00 instead of the normal charge because we had been given incorrect information. We really appreciated it.

The gentlemen that came to deliver and haul my appliances away were truly the friendliest guys I’ve interacted with, as far as delivery personnel are concerned. Their names are Steve and Bryan. Steve went above and beyond. He wanted me to ensure I was pleased with the leveling of my new dishwasher. Even after I confirmed that it was fine, when he came back with the refrigerator, he said he noticed it was a bit slanted and he spent time to perfect the leveling of my product. I asked him how long he has worked for BB and he said 3 years. I tried to poach him to come work with me at a luxury hotel brand and he stressed how happy he was working for BB and that he enjoys his job bc he gets to make people happy by delivering their new purchases and went on to say that he likes to treat the delivery as if it’s his own home. This guy deserves to be employee of the quarter or something and should absolutely be commended on his kindness and professionalism.

Our refrigerator was taken away by the guys who delivered our new refrigerator without a problem. The guys were polite, professional, and careful to not bump our walls.

We live in a condo, so we needed the haul away service. The same people who delivered our new dish washer took the old one away. They removed the leaky old one quickly and easily to make way for the new one. Very friendly and informative about the process and everything went great.

The delivery team was on time, very professional, pleasant, and it did not take them long to deliver our items, and load up the old appliances for removal. Which was very important to us to have it done this way.

The delivery and installation of our new LG Top Mount Freezer Refrigerator was done on time, quickly, flawlessly and without any difficulty whatsoever. I purchased the stove to be delivered to a female Iraq War veteran in Florida Shores Edgewater Florida. Her dd214 showed she had PTSD and was a 100% disabled veteran. The Florida State Elks cover the stove purchase through the Army of Hope.

The delivery team communicated excellently their arrival time and even called when they were 10 minutes out. They removed the old units and installed the new units without disrupting any other household areas. Very professional team!

Daniel and his partner had to disassemble the doors and tub freezer to get the refrigerator out of our kitchen due to tight spaces. We have a small home. Their efforts went above and beyond. We're very grateful for this super team.

Haul-away of my old washer/dryer laundry center was great! The delivery people had to take the unit down a fairly steep staircase and did it without any issues. Very grateful for their care while accomplishing the task.
