Zero stars wasn't an option so one star it is! My order from Best Buy, almost from the time I walked into the store in Liberty, MO, was not a great experience. I tried to email a customer service department at corporate but that doesn't seem to be an option so I will just publicly post a review. Here is a copy of the email I sent to the Liberty store WHILE I WAS ON A LONG HOLD TIME! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from this location on 12/29/2020. I should add I waited over TWENTY minutes in the appliance department and no one ever came to help. I had to walk back up front and ask for help to make a $2000 purchase. The young man who helped me set up delivery for Saturday, January 09th. Saturday came and went. NO DELIVERY. I checked online and it showed delivery for FEB 09. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I changed to the first available date which is the 18th! I tried calling the store to talk to a manager. As of right this second I have been on hold TWENTY-EIGHT MINUTES AND FORTY-EIGHT SECONDS. I started this email at the 25 minute mark. At this point I would like to speak with whoever can refund this purchase and I will take my $2000 to a business that can get delivery dates correct and not two months out. And, to a business that doesn't leave someone on hold for, as of right now THIRTY MINUTES AND FORTY-FIVE SECONDS. Oh, someone just picked up and TRANSFERRED ME AGAIN!!!! SB

They moved a refrigerator from the basement to the garage, Best $15.00 I have spent recently since I didn't have to do it.

Moved to garage, we are giving to our son as they are having a new baby.

The new Appliances and old ones where moved in and taken out with no mess, house was clean and movers were very nice!

I purchased a new stove that matched the fridge in my basement. My sales rep at Best Buy said they'd move my kitchen fridge to the basement and my basement fridge to the kitchen. He even put 2 appliance relocates on the receipt. The delivery driver left a message the day before delivery saying to text him or call if I had any questions. I texted him to make sure he understood the scope of work (this was my second attempt - the first was with another store that uses a third party delivery). He didn't respond. Delivery day comes and my delivery guy (Seve) informs us that he spoke with his manager the day before and they don't do that. Here's why I'm really upset about this deal. I emptied 2 refrigerators, turned off water to the house, took time off work, etc to get this taken care of. If they knew the day before - why couldn't they give me the courtesy of a call or text? The driver seemed surprised when I made him take the stove back. I went into the store to talk to a manager. She was nice enough.... but they made absolutely zero attempt to make things right. I ended up going to a home improvement store and bought the stove cash and carry and move the fridges with the help of a buddy. Thanks for nothing Best Buy.

The person that was doing the installations didn’t really take precautions when moving things about. However he didn’t damage anything. ( luckily)

They did an ok job. Had to move stuff myself to make a path for them, but worth it since I couldn't get the dolly with a fridge up the small step in the garage by myself.

Earl and D removed the old oven out of the house for us. very grateful for their kindness.
