A: I hope you had better luck than I did. I paid for this service and they did not move it, citing it wasn’t on their manifest although it was on my receipt. Total disaster I’m looking at two refrigerators in my small kitchen.

A: You can't be serious. If you buy a car and drive it for several months and then want to exchange it for another color is what you are asking and the answer on both is no. Yours is now a used product.

Q: I am scheduled for a washer and dryer delivery tomorrow ( 7/17/20). My old washer will be hauled away and the old dryer is to be moved to another spot,. I've changed my mind and want the dryer hauled along with the washer. Will this be a problem?

A: Call Best Buy and they will readjust the services. I changed my mind about moving my old washer and dryer and they refunded me paid amount.
