The technicians were well trained and professional.

Professional guy came out and moved our old stuff.

I ended up moving it myself. They left the fridge in the middle of the room.

I don't remember what I bought in store, but I need 25 points. So here I am, writing and submitting this review.

Old item was to be relocated into the basement but was place in garage. Was told doors had to be removed and it wasn't their job. I removed the doors personally . had a second delivery but different people. Contacted. said they could move it but decided they didn't have time. I need this item moved from my garage and into my basement..

individual refused to get shoe covers, and refused to take off shoes. Given that no one showed up to the original appliance relocation appointment and this one was the "rescheduled" one, I was in a hurry to get my service done, so I didn't argue. He didn't want to check if my new washer was leveled until my husband came, he finally went to his truck to get his leveling device, Literally didn't want to do anything or touch anything, hands were dirty, poor professionalism, just disappointed and disgusted, had to wash handprints off washer when done

Very very poor installation. 1). The technicians didn't speak English. 2). Because they don't speak English, they weren't able to demo the washer and dryer how it works. 3). They didn't stack the washer and dryer as I. have requested because they said there's problem but didn't understand what the problem, they couldn't explain to me. 4). The doors of the washer and dryer are installed opposite side and they can't fix it because they are rushing to go to the next appointment. 5). I called support they said they can't help me until after 24 hours so I have to call back to get help. This is absolutely the WORST installation appointment I've ever experience.

Wish it was free, but removal is pretty much necessary so it's a nice feature.

We purchased a new LG Refrigerator and paid to have our old stainless steel refrigerator moved to the our lower level kitchenette. There was nothing wrong with our older unit, we just wanted to update our refrigerator to match our other appliances. During the move, the Best Buy movers put a number to scratches and dings in our old refrigerator. They did such a horrible job it was almost unbelievable. Absolutely no regard for their work or our property. They also left dirty hand prints all over our walls and doors. I am so disappointed with this service I would have never purchased a new refrigerator in the first place if I knew my older fridge would be so badly scratched. Best Buy should be embarrassed...

The team that showed said they could not relocate my refrigerator because the doors would need to come off in order get it out of the house. I had to schedule different team on a different day to haul it away. The team that hauled it did not have to remove the doors

Chipped my washer and dryer upon moving I had to buy paint

It took six attempts to get my washer installed. First was my fault for not having the correct parts on hand. Three other times was due to a damadged or malfunctioning brand new washer. I know installing appliances is not an easy job, but each team that came out blamed the last one for doing such a poor or incomplete job. This was a frustrating experiance to say the least. But I happy that my new washer finally works. SMH....

Was going to use this service although they charge 35.00 to put it where you want it which would have been in the garage, but they damaged the new fridge so I didn't need it anyway

I bought a new stove in February of 2020. The 3rd party installation company that Bestbuy hired to install my new stove was to leave the old stove in my garage and they didn't. Instead they took my old stove and misplaced it for a couple days and then found it and returned it totally damaged. Bestbuy told me to file a claim and I did. Today is July 15 2020 and I still haven't heard from anyone about my damaged stove that is still take up space in my garage. I will never purchase another appliance from Bestbuy

Was not happy with the guys. They told me the refrigerator would not fit through my basement door and when they left and with in 20 minutes my husband and I took the door off the refrigerator and the basement door off and then slid the refrigerator down. I was so made they didn't even try to help and we carried the one in the basement up the steps and to the curb ourselves. Not happy with the delivery guys at all

This service was never completed at the time of my delivery . Ive been told another team will come shortly to relocate it, so they just left it outside my apartment on the porch.A week later no one showed up or called, so I called customer service , had to make another appointment for Dec 7th. This is very frustrating, as now I had to take another day off and wait for them to come. Still dont understand why they refused to relocate it to begin with.

Too many restrictions and could not meet my time requirements. Never happened although many concerned associates tried to make it happen. Promised compensation for my trouble. Canceled order.

They did not relocate the old refrigerator and didn't cancel it and didn't refund me after 4 phone calls with and average 20 minute on hold time. Can't describe as Express anything. They didn't reverse the refrigerator door due to inadequate tools. I had to relocate the old unit and reverse the door opening. I'm 73 years old and didn't want to do this any more so I payed them and they failed to perform the tasks.

The service was refused by the delivery company. I paid for the service but was told I had to remove the doors off of the old refrigerator. Then they told me the refrigerator was to large to come in the door. Brought the same one from ABC Warehouse. They delivered it with no problem I didn’t have to remove the doors off the old one
