    The crew broke my refrigerator and freezer.

    The crew moved my old refrigerator and freezer from the kitchen to the basement and the unit doesn’t work anymore. The freezer doesn’t get cold enough to freeze food and the refrigerator keeps items chilled at best. Should have never had them move this refrigerator. Not only did I loose my refrigerator and freezer but hundreds of dollars in food.

    I have requested to hear from someone who handles the installation experience and no one has called me regarding a piece that was missing. Also turns out one of my burners doesn't work, thought I would discuss that with them but no call. I've requested twice. If you strive for excellent customer service, I am not seeing it.

    People who hauled the appliances in literally dropped them. One didn’t even have protective gloves, so, the appliances probably we’re cutting into his hands and he dropped them like hot potatoes!

    Nope. Didn’t happen. Had to hire someone else who knew what they were doing. Best Buy apparently hires the incompetent (Tyler).

    Don’t take this review out on Best Buy because they hire a third party company. Unlucky for me, the one I got was horrible. Wish you all more luck with yours.

    I really can't review this for my appliance relocation because they were scheduled to come out 3 times and had never shown or if they did it was to bring my new appliance and then ignored my older appliance and the re-location and just left the house.

    Unbelievable. Took away old washer but did NOT RELOCATE the new washer. SO NOW WE HAVE NO WASHER. They scheduled a re-locate for Wednesday. Now the ladies are headed to a laundromat! Horrid customer service.

    The delivery people were crooks. They asked for extra cash of $140 in order for them to move the fridge. They also asked for cash only.

    They did not come to deliver when they stated they would and when they finally came out they didn’t remove old unit stating it wasn’t on their manifest although I showed them the receipt. The waterline has not been installed either and I paid for that. I am very upset with Best Buy service.

    What relocation? Your movers came to move my treadmill upstairs like I paid special for, and they refused AGAIN. They say they aren't allowed to go upstairs. What if I lived in an apartment?!

    The worst added bogus charge that could be added to a sale of 2 new high end appliances. This was absolutely ridiculous that we were charged to move an old appliance to our garage. Shame on you Best Buy!

    After moving our stove which we planned to sell since it was still in very good condition, I found that the installers had broken two pieces of porcelain off of the stove. The stove was to be sold along with three other kitchen appliances.

    The movers gave me a hard time with this service. They refused to relocate my old fridge that is still working. I think it is easier to haul than to relocate, but I paid for relocation not hauling so I dont know why they would give me a hard time.

    If i could give less than 1 star i would. The delivery team damaged my new fridge on the way in and destroyed my other fridge on the way out. Its been a month and i still have no resolution. Ill never shop at best buy again.

    Delivery subcontractors hates their jobs and we’re not shy to show it. They were extremely rude and told us that they “don’t have to work during pandemic, but are doing us a favor”. Very disappointed in Best Buy for choosing to work with these people.

    Although I paid to have my current refrigerator relocated, delivery drivers refused to relocate it since the new fridge came damaged and was refused. My old fridge was already disconnected, cleaned, dry and ready to be moved.
