The gentleman eho came to put in the pedestal for my washer did not balance the machine well.

they did not relocate the item. they only delivered the stove and left the item was not relocated.

They were not prepared to take the refrigerator up to a 2nd floor. Item was return to store and credit was provided.

Damaged walls and after relocating refrigerator did not work

Did not use this service at time of delivery so cannot comment properly.

On top of that my fridge is scratched, can’t get ahold of anyone at the store.

Delivery guys won't move my old appliance my wife show them the paperwork where we pay

Guys mover our old fridge to garage. Were just as careful with old fridge as with the new one

May Samson side by side frig/freezer is wonderful. Hoping it lasts longer than my last frig. Initiall I thought the icemaker might be a bit small as I drink everything with ice. Always has enough ice. Cubes are a bit smaller than last frig, but last well.

Men who delivered the new refrigerator and relocated our old one to our garage were fantastic! Took great care not to damage walls and doors when moving these large items

This happened twice. I ordered washer abd dryer combo. Dryer came first. The installer was in a hurry and didnt check my gas dryer after the installation. They turned it on and just left . Told me to wait until the dryer is sone running . After several mins, went and checked tje dryer and saw smoke coming out . I open it and lots of amoke came out . I went through the manula and read on how to do post installation check. That’s when i found out that the dryer vent is clogged. Had to move it a bit then test again. Smoke was gone and the test passed. Had to call best buy to come and check my dryer and to make sure no gas leaking. The worst 2nd experience I had is when they delivered and installed my washer. The installer told me that I had to remove my old washer before they can install it because i did not purchase relocation. I told the guy, this is the first time I’ve experienced that I have to remove my own equipment for them to inatall it. I thought all i have to do is to performed all the checklist they gave me and i did. I don’t see in the list to remove my old washer . I also told the installer that when they installed my dryer, they did not ask me to remove it on my own . I told the installer that I’m calling best buy. I was looking for the number to call on the app and this guy told me I’m a liar that I’m just pretending to call. That was so rude calling me a liar. What a nerve to call your customer a liar. While I was waitng on my phone , they eventually decided to just remove my washer so they can leave. I was on hold for a while on the phone and someone finally answered. I explained to them my situation and told me that they should be the one removing the old equipment and not me. The guy heard me that i was talking on the phone but they left because they were done. I’ve had several installation in the past but this is the first time I’ve ever experience this ever in my life . I’m now having a second thought of buying anything from best buy that requires installation.
